Rotisserie Chicken Pizza Has Arrived in Lockport, NY
We’ve been building a lot around our slow roasted rotisserie chicken lately, and now it’s making its way onto our pizzas.
Our new rotisserie chicken pizzas combine the flavor of fresh pulled chicken with our wood fired crust, melted mozzarella, and sauces that fit perfectly with the neighborhood bar atmosphere we’re known for. It’s a different style of pizza than you’ll find almost anywhere else in Lockport, and it’s quickly becoming one of our favorite things coming out of the kitchen.
Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza
One of the first pizzas we added was our Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. Pulled rotisserie chicken, crispy bacon, mozzarella, and ranch come together over a wood fired crust with just enough char from the oven to balance everything out.
It’s rich, savory, and built for people who want something different than a traditional pepperoni pizza.
Buffalo Chicken Pizza
We’re also leaning into what people already love here: wings and wing sauces.
Our Buffalo Chicken Pizza uses pulled rotisserie chicken tossed in wing sauce with mozzarella and a drizzle of ranch. It gives you the flavor of wings and pizza together in one bite and fits perfectly with a cold beer on the patio.
Why We Started Using Rotisserie Chicken
The rotisserie became part of our kitchen because we wanted to expand beyond standard bar food while still keeping everything casual and approachable.

Instead of adding random menu items, we wanted ingredients that could actually improve multiple parts of the menu while still feeling like us.
